
Lindsey joined Proteos in 2008 and has played a central role in shaping the company's scientific strategy, technical capabilities, and reputation for delivering high-quality protein reagents to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. She advanced through multiple leadership roles, from Scientist to Director of Protein Purification to Chief Scientific Officer and President, before being named Chief Biologics Officer following NanoImaging Services' acquisition of Proteos in 2025. Lindsey leads a multidisciplinary team supporting complex protein production programs and has been a driving force behind expanding gene-to-structure capabilities across the combined organization. Lindsey received her Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Michigan, where her research focused on biophysical characterization of amyloidogenic peptides.
