Tell us about your project and goals, we’ll share a description of services that may best fit your needs. Depending on the project, this can be followed by a more extensive scientific discussion, after establishing any required confidentiality agreements. This meeting will also help to establish budgetary pricing.
No one likes it, so we work to streamline the process so that business processes don’t get in the way of great science.
We request all samples are sent with a sample submission form. For complex projects, prior to kickoff we bring together the key players from both teams to discuss the specifics of project initiation and ensure alignment on project goals.
Lab and Microscopy
Our lab operations team works with your samples, prepares grids and carries out imaging. Depending on the workflow, clients may even observe data collection through live viewing sessions, or work with our scientists through several iterations of grid optimization and data collection.
Our team of experts use the collected images, software tools and our processing expertise to address your project goals. Based on the sample and the service, this may include several rounds of collaborative discussions between our teams in order to deliver the best result possible for your sample.
Report and Feedback
We provide a full report and offer a closing meeting to discuss the project results, get your feedback, and consider potential further collaboration.
