Technology Overview

Molecular Microscopy
This non-invasive molecular imaging technology uses advanced specimen preparation, automated microscope control, and relational database tracking to directly observe biological samples in their native hydrated state with an achievable resolution of 0.36nm1. Read more about sample requirements.
Non-Invasive
Samples are preserved in solution using negative stain or the automatedVitrobot2-controlled cryogenic vitrification assuring consistency in sample preperations. Read more about specimen preparation.
Highly Automated
Specimens are imaged on the Tecnai Spirit3 Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) using automated software developed by NanoImaging founders to sample a significant portion of the specimen. Read more about microscope control.
Tightly Controlled
Data is analyzed and stored in a secure database that tracks samples from the moment of arrival at NanoImaging Services, Inc. through every stage of preparation, imaging, and analysis to provide our customers with a tightly controlled system for biological imaging. Read more about data tracking and delivery.
