NanoImaging Services, Inc. offers several ways to submit an analytical service request:

Call us at 888.675.8261. We would be delighted discuss your analysis objectives, make recommendations, provide quotations, or answer any questions.

Purchase Orders

Receipt of an approved purchase order is required before we can begin analysis.

We highly recommend a blanket or open purchase order for continuing work and long-term projects to avoid possible delays. We also accept MasterCard and Visa, as an alternative payment method.There is a $5,000 limit on each credit card payment.

Expedited Turnaround Service

Molecular Microscopy analysis is typically completed within three weeks of receipt of samples unless unusual difficulties with the sample are encountered. A rush service is also available with a turn-around time as fast as 1 day.
Rush Service Surcharges:
5 business days turn around: 25% surcharge
2-3 business days turn around: 50% surcharge
1 business day turn around: 100% surcharge
Same business day: 200% surcharge
Please note: the clock begins when we receive the samples and complete instructions. Analysis is not performed on weekends or holidays.

Payment and Payment Terms

A purchase order or credit card number is required prior to initiating the study. An invoice will be sent on completion of the project report. Payment is due within 30 days.

Submit Samples

How to Submit Your Samples for Analytical Work

Sample Labels
  • Make sure to properly label the sample(s), and include any relevant information (Buffer, Concentration, etc) if available.
  • Submit an Analytical Request Form with the sample(s) that describes the services to be performed and that references your NanoImaging Services Project Number (Note: If a Project Number has not been assigned please contact us for further instruction).
Sample Preparation and Packaging
  • Pack samples at the appropriate temperature (room temperature, wet ice, dry ice) and such that they will not break during transit.
  • Please include the Analysis Request Form or other documentation that details the samples and any relevant information for each.
Courier Delivery
  • NanoImaging Services accepts sample delivery from 7:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
  • Samples are not received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
National and International Shipments
  • Include a commercial invoice with information for customs (when required).
  • Describe the shipment as hazardous or non-hazardous samples for analysis, provide more information as needed and include a copy of the Analysis Request Form in the shipment.
  • Please notify us by email when the samples are shipped and include the shipment tracking numbers.
